Hello All,
I'm new to fitness and looking for new friends and support on my journey of becoming a fit mommy.
I'm 27, 12 weeks postpartum and ready to hit the ground running or maybe hit the ground at a fast paced walk. Either way at the end I just want to fine my waist, which seems to have gotten lost between the 2 pick lines on the white stick and first days of 3rd grade.

Hello...I am a mom of 2 (1- 5 yr old & 1- 3 yr old)and doing the same....would gladly be any help you may need!!! You can do this and now is the best time to start...congratulations on the new addition(12weeks)!!!0
