I have my iphone health app and MFP sync, but I do not want the amount of steps I take to be added to how many more calories I can eat. I want to keep it separate. I can see my calories for my steps and how many I can eat with out exercise.

Hi:
I have my iphone sync to MFP as well. It adds calories burned for step daily but if I add manually any exercise activity, the sync step calorie metric disappears. I am OK with that.
You can always Un sync the iphone and MFP
I hope it helps0 -
Hi, I have a similar problem, but I cannot unsync my iPhone with MFP. In the settings it won't let me un-tick that Option. I rather want to sync with my fitness Device and it worker fine untill a week ago. Now it alwaar choses the iPhone information over that of my Device... Does anybody know how to solve this?0
