I made a veggie dip yesterday and am wondering if it would be okay to freeze it since it yielded a lot. Main ingredients- peppers, firm tofu, vegenaise (vegan mayo), and a smidge of dijon mustard.

Peppers are fine to freeze raw. I know nothing about began mayo, but it is safe to freeze tofu, though it changes the texture somewhat.
ETA: the texture of the peppers will also change. They will not be as crisp/crunchy as they were before freezing0 -
Yes, but the texture of the peppers will be weird. You might be o.k. with the change in the texture of the tofu.0

It would probably be OK, but when thawing, I might be tempted to drain off any water that accumulated and then whisk the heck out of it just to keep it from separating.0

Can you tell me how to make this? Sounds fantastic.0
