My activity level on my profile, at the moment is set to lightly active.
My job is a personal assistant and so on an average week I can potentially, take people bingo(the gent is 12st wheelchair bound), shopping, for walks, cinemas, meals out, food shopping, ect. And then maintaining a home, cleaning, cooking, basically everything you do for yourselfs but for a group of adults.
So I'm unsure whether I should change my activity level to just active or even to sedentary?
I don't know? I would like to have a pretty accurate assessment of my job and which it falls under?
Thank you!

when in doubt, go lower, but don't be afraid to eat a little more if you're hungry.0

Definitely not sedentary.
Use the lightly active for a month or so. Adjust, if necessary. This assumes, of course, your logging is accurate.0
