Is anyone currently doing this? I started on Monday and will be doing my second day today, if the heat plays nice outside. I just want to know some experiences, what days/weeks you found the hardest, etc. Thanks!

    Great program. Get out and do it.

    I loved it, showed clear progression and the week where you do a 20 minute run solid (no walking in between) was a watershed moment for me... Mentally showed me I could do it.

    Now I'm doing 3.5 miles regularly and gradually increasing my distance.

    Keep at it, it's a fantastic approach to easing into running. :)

    Today was Week 3 day 1 for me. There are a lot of people on MFP doing the program.

    Awesome. I just replied to a thread over in the Motivation board. It's great you can run that distance now. I'm doing it to get my endurance up. I get winded so quickly and it's so embarassing. Time to get it together!
