I have room for one piece of med-to-large exercise equipment and I'd like recommedations.

I already have a pullup bar, dumbells, bands, and a mountain bike.

My current goal is to lose 52 more pounds, and then switch to muscle building.

What would you recommend?

Thanks.

    squat rack

Minimally, I'd want something like this:

If you've got the space and the money, something like this:

A weightlifting bench, especially an adjustable one, could probably help you get more mileage out of the weights you already have as well as any you might get in the future.

Best home gym purchase in one I made?

Adjustable incline bench WITH attached squat rack, cheaper than the whole multi gym thing but fitting a seperate squat rack and bench in my L shaped home gym would have been a nightmare!

I have that - the Rogue SML-1 with spotter arms. Buy it. You will not regret it.
