I have room for one piece of med-to-large exercise equipment and I'd like recommedations.
I already have a pullup bar, dumbells, bands, and a mountain bike.
My current goal is to lose 52 more pounds, and then switch to muscle building.
What would you recommend?
Thanks.

Best home gym purchase in one I made?
Adjustable incline bench WITH attached squat rack, cheaper than the whole multi gym thing but fitting a seperate squat rack and bench in my L shaped home gym would have been a nightmare!0 -
