    How do you log or measure the sprays (olive oil, etc)??

    The spray I got has nutritional info per 0.5g. I put my bowl of popcorn on the scale before I start spraying. It's not going to be perfectly accurate, but good enough.

    omg I'm so dumb. HAHA! Yes, right. Put the bowl on first. I'm hoping my new scale comes soon because this one isn't registering small amounts very well (say under 8-9grams).
