Do you guys have staple healthy foods that you eat often? I eat just about the same thing every week. Need ideas and recipes!! Please

Farmington New Mexico. Place called Franciscas. Best salsa I've ever had in my life.

I eat lots plain yogurt. Blackberry's because I have an orchard. Turkey burgers and sasuage for breakfast and dinnners. Also wheat pasta with poached eggs and pesto is awesome0

Almost every night I have Greek yogurt with frozen berries and Grape Nuts cereal. Maybe a little weird but it is full of protein, micros, and has a nice texture.0

I eat a lot of vanilla Greek yogurt with fresh fruit. Peaches just came into season here and the combination is awesome.
For dinners, grilled shrimp or chicken tacos, salmon, grilled chicken breast topped with amslice of swiss cheese and a grilled portobello mushroom cap hubby adds some Srirancha while prefer a bit of garlic aoli. Pork and veggie stir fry with this Honey Srirancha sauce.0 -

I eat Greek yogurt. I don't have an orchard but I do eat lots of fruit. I eat some form of turkey burgers every week, sometimes two or three times. Whole grain pasta bc I just have to have pasta. And I like pesto as well. Awesome!0 -

My regular favs are:
Breakfast: Ezeikel Cinnamon Raisin english muffin with whipped cream cheese
Lunch: Ezeikel Sprouted Grain bread toasted with organic freshly ground peanut butter
Dinner: Angel hair pasta with Brummel & Brown yogurt spread & grated parmesan cheese0 -
Also love to snack on Chocohigos ( Dark chocolate covered figs) - Yum! On especially hot weather days will treat myself to DQ small soft serve cone0
