Poly/Mono-Saturated Fats

I've read somewhere that monosaturated fats and polysaturated fats are good things. Why does my diet plan not allow me to eat any?

    Derp, just re-read your post.

    It's just how MFP sets it up. I've never really been interested in how many poly/monounsaturated fats I'm eating.

    It's a weird quirk of the system--it's supposed to say N/A since there are no specific dietary limits set for poly and mono unsaturated fats, but says 0 instead. This comes up off and on and supposedly they are looking into correcting it.
