Poly/Mono-Saturated Fats

I've read somewhere that monosaturated fats and polysaturated fats are good things. Why does my diet plan not allow me to eat any?

It's just how MFP sets it up. I've never really been interested in how many poly/monounsaturated fats I'm eating.0 -
It's a weird quirk of the system--it's supposed to say N/A since there are no specific dietary limits set for poly and mono unsaturated fats, but says 0 instead. This comes up off and on and supposedly they are looking into correcting it.0
