Breaking the binge-cycle

Hi friends,
I hope you are all having safe travels along your fitness journey!
I have a problem which I would love to have some advice and support on... I am finding it impossible to break free from the binge-cycle. Once or twice a week (typically weekends), I will end up binging. It's massively hindering my weight-loss progress, in fact I am almost back to where I started! I had this issue before Christmas but managed to get through it, resulting in about 3/4 months of being binge-free and ended up at my lowest weight! But I am finding it so hard at the moment, especially with the stress of exams. Any advice on how to stop?

PS: Any people who are also suffering with this and are looking for some mutual buddy support, then please feel free to drop me a line!

Make sure you are eating a good amount of calories, even eat at maintenance for a couple days if you are feeling the need to binge. Let yourself have a little more. Then go back to your cut when you're feeling better.

Hmmm... I just looked at your profile and you look really tiny. Are you still trying to lose weight? Or is this a full fledged eating disorder issue that requires some doc assistance? After looking at your profile I wonder if that's the case
