Brown or white

totally into this diet thing but I enjoy rolls and bread. I was eating wholemeal and/or seeded thinking that was the healthy option but it looks like white bread is quite a bit lower in calories! Help!

    White bread = empty calories (so you'll be hungry again soon and weaker).
    I love rolls too, and once I tried them I was surprised how many hearty (read: not white) bread concoctions I was able to enjoy)

    I like to eat Silver Hills breads. They are definitely higher calorie than white breads, but they have significant protein content and this, along with fibre, means they keep me full longer. White bread will make me want to eat something else right after.

    Eat whichever one you like to eat and fits into your daily calories. I personally eat white bread, and I don't end up weaker or hungrier. I do just fine, thank you. :+1:
