This is a hard battle. I have been at this for 20 years. Yes my highest weight was 360 and I am now 172 but its still hard. If I don't watch it everyday I will gain. It's like when I get close to my goal I self sabotage and become lazy and hungry all the time. I all I want to do lately is nap and eat. When I should be so happy and proud and excited and showing the world the same. How do I get out of this rut?

Baby steps. Try to figure out how you're sabotaging your efforts. When you figure that out you can correct it. I was a huge soda drinker. I cut it out. Then I stopped eating sugar. Then bread. Baby steps.0
