    Let's be friends! This is a GREAT fitness tool if you are motivated and stick with the suggestions for calorie intake. I would recommend going through the whole set-up thing and putting in your stats so it lets you know how much you should eat every day to lose a pound a week, or whatever you choose, and then log all of your food every day (everything!!) and try to stay within the recommended amount most days. I always am under the limit some days, and over on other days.... which evens out in the end and works for me. You will have to eventually figure out what will work for your body, but this is very helpful for tracking food and really being aware of how much you're eating! Get the phone app, because then you can scan barcodes for nutrition information.... which is also super convenient! Good luck!!
