Hi. I'm Lindsey. I'm looking for some fitness friends. I'm 27, Haitian and in jersey. Been overweight since middle school and decided I needed to change. Started 3 months ago and 30 lbs down but finding it hard to keep the momentum going. I started at 234 and am currently at 204 and want to get to 155. I think I could do it with some help. I go to nursing school during the week so I spend a lot of time sitting but I try to hit the gym after. Im more active during the weekends with my job. I'm not always great with logging my meals and lately I've been having a hard time sticking to my diet. None of my friends are serious about weight loss but I know I could do this with more help and accountability. I'd love to get advice about recipes and fitness tips. I'd like any advice if anyone has it. So I'm reaching out. Anyone out there?
