If they don't come from an animal they're vegan0

Most oils are. I don't use huge amounts bit my mainstay are quality Rapeseed or olive oil and corn oil. The only normally readily available animal based fats are things like lard or dripping. I celebrate anyone not eating animal products however I'm not sure what you think eating a vegan diet for a week will achieve. It's no miracle to weightloss I was a 333 pound vegan. Now I'm a lot lighter Vegan
Good luck0 -
Why go vegan for one week?
Anyway, in answer to your question, most oils are vegan. Solid fats (aside from coconut oil) tend not to be - even olive oil based spreads are usually blended with butter or milk.0
