Hey all!
I'm back. No, I didn't fall off the wagon or anything like that. Work and life have kept me busy. Mostly work, really. However, I still workout - as often as I could - and watch what I eat.
Anyway, looking forward to making more friends on here and NO, I don't intend to leave again!!
