I am new to my fitness pal and am starting my journey on becoming a newer, healthier me. My big goal is to lose 50 pounds by my 30th birthday in December, but I am wanting to take it day by day to achieve my goal the right and healthiest way I can. I am wife and mother of 3 young children 6,5, and 23 months. I made the decision to do this for my kids. I want to them to be able to look back and have memories of fun things we did together when they grow up, not that mom was to tired to ever do anything with them. I am looking for advice and motivation along the way to be able to reach my goals. Please feel free to add me.
