Recommendations for post workout vegetarian meals please?

I am looking for healthy vegetarian lunch and post gym meal options as I am getting bored of my usual lettuce, tomato and cucumber with eggs and was hoping for a little more inspiration :)

    Chocolate milk
    Grilled cheese
    Protein shake
    Veggie burger
    An old favorite= cottage cheese, pretzels and a v8.

    Post workout should be higher carb, moderate protein, small amount of fat. If you're a sweater having some sodium is a good idea. I like to hvr some berries or something jigh in antioxidants as well. However, most of us overthink this as we are not high performing athletes and don't really need a "recovery" meal anyway
