The back of my knee hurts after I've done my workout

and now, i have not been working out for 3 days because it still hurts. what should I do? Btw, i'm using Fitness Blender Workout videos as my workout.

    If it's still hurting after 3 days, it's time to see a doctor.

    Sounds like you are putting to much stress on your knees. Do you warm up before hand and cool down after?

    woah, I got nervous when you said that. It doesn't hurt when i'm walking but I feel it when i'm jumping. like, doing jumping jacks.

    yes, I do warm up and cool down. I've been working out for 2 weeks. Since I changed my workout, that's when it started.

    I would advise try low impact workout and maybe see a doctor. It could be nothing but if you don't get it checked, it can turn into something.

    Could be any number of things. Wouldn't hurt to get an assessment by an ortho. I'll be blunt, you can put it off, but if it continues and you continue, IF there is damage, you may only exacerbate the issue.
