I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK I NEED MOTIVATION!:) I NEED TEXTING BUDDYS AND CONSTINANT REMINDERS I THINK AFTER A MONTH ILL BE USE TO IT AND CAN TAKE IT FROM HERE. I WANT IT I GUESS IM JUST IN THE "EXCUSSES" PHASE ITS SAD I KNOW..... LOL I WANA WAKE UP AT 5 FOR A JOG BEFORE WORK THATS MY GOAL I JUST CANT WAKE UP I NEED MOTIVATION ADD ME

    Im having the same problem, getting up before work to workout. The buddy system works great, and try to rememebr, the hardest part is getting up. Once you are up, you feel great!!

    Lol I know the feeling. I have to get up at 4 30 am if I want to have time before work and let me tell you...Does NOT happen. I need the motivation too. Friend request sent.
