And I was perusing on BB.com and came across Jay Cutler's 8 week trainer. Lolz, so I was like ok maybe i'll try this.
And the firs thing I checked was his "Back day" and I think it's a bit much volume but was wondering what you guys thought.
Here is the back day he recommends:
Reverse Grip Pull Downs: 4 sets of 10
One-Arm Dumbbell Rows: 4 sets of 10
T-Bar Row: 4 sets of 10
Bent Over Barbell Rows: 3 sets of 10
Seated Cable Rows: 3 sets of 10
Deadlift: 4 sets of 10
Hyperextensions: 3 sets of 10
That's 250 reps for back in one week. Do you think that's too much volume?

A little more volume than mine, although I've found my back doesn't grow on anything but high volume training!
Two of these training sessions a week and my back seems to grow!0 -
That's my typical back volume, actually a little lower. Mine is spread through the week though.0
