Hi,
Well the title says it all !!!
I am starting work this weekend after not being well and will need energy food/snacks but that will still help me lose weight
Any ideas?

Cheddar & apples

cottage cheese and tuna is not as bad as it sounds!!!!!

1. I measure out small baggies of baby carrots. 35 calories per 3 oz.
2. Greek yogurt. 100 calories for one of those small containers. Some have lots of sugar though so check the labels and find one thats low.
3. Banana or an apple. Depending on size it comes out around 100-120 calories.0 -

Fiber 1 soft cookies
String cheese
Any snack really as long as it fits in my calorie goals.0 -

Most days I have 1 cup watermelon for snack 1 and 8 strawberries for snack 2. Or instead of 8 berries I have 4 berries and 1/2 banana. And sometimes I have 1 cup blueberries for a snack or a green apple with a tbs of almond butter.0

I love those 90 calorie bars!!! My favorite is the chocolate mint warmed in the microwave for 10 seconds and then topped with 1/2 cup edy's slow churned vanilla! One of my go to desserts!
