I am making salsa for a graduation party. I am making it Fri to serve saturday. Can I put it in a plastic bottle for that long or must it be in glass? Thanks for any help

commercial salsa comes in a plastic jar (mine does, anyway). Should be fine for a few days.0

Just keep it in the refrigerator, glass or plastic doesn't really matter, they will last about the same...

I would be sure and use a good food-grade container with a tight fitting lid, such as Tupperware. With the vinegar and hot peppers used in salsa, it should be fine for several days.0
