Does anyone have any heavy bag or speedball routines they can link me up with please?

    The key to working the heavy bag is to treat it like you would an opponent. Get a timer and do 5 3 minute rounds with the bag. This is more than in an actual fight so it builds up your endurance. DO NOT just throw a couple punches and call it good. You need to move-duck and weave, move your feet and circle the bag like you would a person.
    Shadow boxing is another good way to get the work out in. I prefer to do it in front of a mirror so I can see someone I front of me.
    The speedbag is to get timing right there's really no routine. Just 30 seconds each hand to start with then mix it up. This way the bag is going in different directions and you have to react quicker.
