Working from home and TRYING to loose weight

Once i started working from home my weight gain really started. No i was not eating out anymore but I also was not physically moving around much either. I try and be active on weekends and after work but that just does not cut it.
Ive lost 16lbs so far and want about 50 more
Is there anyone else like me who works in front of a desk from home? What are YOU doing to shed the pounds?
I work out a total of about 45min per day but cant seem to loose more than 20 pounds
