As others said, the fact that I did it will be plenty and it needs to last. Therefore, I will settle for a shocked doctor and great vital signs/labwork forever.

I have lost 140 lbs lost of a 161lb weight loss journey. I am 21 lbs away from my goal weight when I will be going skydiving with my trainer.

I don't think I'm hitting it. My body is probably going to be a work in progress for a very very long time. Lots of body composition/fitness goals-so I just reward myself with stuff all the time. I did it when I was fat too because I love life and things.

I think I'll recreate the movie point break scene by scene, jumping out of planes, surfing, and fellony armed robbery and all.

Tons of make-up and clothes and shoes. Although I buy myself these things regardless of whether I've achieved a goal or not LOL

No, but it also doesn't have to be the only reward. :)

I agree. My reward is a freshly shaved chest and back. I was only wondering about the other reward that I mentioned.

I know that people don't usually recommend this, but I do a cheat meal every weekend if I've been good to myself all week. I don't worry or calculate calories when I eat it. I would like to reward myself with clothing or workout clothing for every 10-12 pounds I lose but it's just not in my budget unfortunately.
