Summer CSA recipe ideas...

Did anyone else join a CSA for the summer?

I did for the first time, I'm getting 1 micro share per week. It's been pretty cool - I'm certainly eating a lot more veggies than I normally would just so stuff won't go to waste.

I've tried swiss chard for the first time ever - yum.
I've tried turnips for the first time - yuck!

Today, it's kohlrabi, never even heard of it in my life... it's pretty good.

I've also gotten asparagus, squash, spinach, kale, strawberries, beets, baby bok choy, a leek...

So anyone else? Any interesting recipes to share?

    Also, I've seen a lot of really interesting hummus, guacamole, and pesto recipes where veggies are added. Like a beet hummus (it was amazing, and I HATE beets. Lots of lemon juice and cumin, so that was the dominant taste), and asparagus guacamole, and pesto made with broccoli and walnuts, I think it was. you could probably search for hummus, guacamole, or pesto plus the name of the veggie in question and you'd have some pop up.
