Strength training workout to get skinny fit

hey guys, I used to have a personal trainer and I ate perfect and worked out great and I got really skinny fit and was so happy but then I stopped going to the trainer and my eating disorder spiraled into a new one and I gained a TON of weight and now this past week I went back to healthy eating healthy thoughts and working out but I don't have a good strength training workout to get toned but not bulky, I just want to be toned and skinny fit, can anyone give me a workout routine?

    Body weight and body resistance will get you toned again. Check out Fitness blender on YouTube. TONS of great stuff there.
