Changes come at different rates for each human, depending on how disciplined they are, how strict they are, what deficit etc etc. There's a lot of factors involved.
Take progress pictures or videos now, usually one front on and one side on do it (I personally do posing videos as I see most changes in that) and then continue to do new ones every month or two.
Learn how a calorie deficit works (to burn a lb of fat it takes 3500 calories, 500 deficit a day should equal 1lb loss of fat per week etc etc)
Weigh out ALL your foods. Too many people see no results because they guesstimate and it's usually more calories than they think.
Log accurately. Even if you end up binging (it happens) on days keep logging. It will give you motivation to stop binging that day and in the future.
Find exercise you enjoy doing. It's better doing something you enjoy that you will stick with than trying to force yourself to do something you hate. Personally I love lifting weights so it would make no sense for me to run 6x a week and not lift weights.
Follow all these and it shouldn't be too long until you have noticeable results!
Good luck!0
