returning to the MFP scene

After buying a new shirt that I totally loved and thought would fit me only to discover it didn't, I knew that it was time to get off my lazy *kitten* and get back in the game.

I've been back at MFP for two months now, religiously entering all my intake, running three times a week (still working up to a full 5K), biking on the off days with a few rest days here and there, and am trying my hardest to stay disciplined and work the plan. So far I've lost about 13 pounds in the past two months. Huzzah!

Let's connect up on MFP! Go ahead and add me/request and we'll keep each other on target. Also if there are some experienced runners out there, I'd totally love to hear of your experiences, too, and tweak what I'm doing now to improve my endurance levels and distance.

    Welcome Back! I'm back on the MFP train again too... Lost 50 doing this program and swore I would never eeeeever let myself gain that weight again... famous last words! So, here we go again and so far so good. Good luck to you!
