Yes - thay are the percentages of the calories you eat for Carbs, Proteins, and Fats, in that order. ie: 12/22/64 would be 12% carbs, 22% Protein, and 66% fats.

Good question. Macros are really defined as protein, carbs, and fats. When someone refers to watching your macros means, watch your protein, carbs, and fats. With a good diet you'll need a good supplement. Try out crazy bulk reviews, it will help you get to your results faster. Mainly gain strength and energy.

No one needs supplements with a good diet. Some people may need supplements because their diet isn't optimal. Difference.

    OP,
Macros are macronutrients. These are protein, fat and carbs. These are the nutrients in your diet which provide energy (calories) among other things and each are important in how they are used by the body.

Protein contains 4 calories per gram and is the essential building block of muscle as it is not only used for energy but also for muscle protein synthesis.

Fat contains 9 calories per gram and is essential for such things as brain function, hormone production, healthy joints, hair, skin, vitamin absorption, etc.

Carbs contain 4 calories per gram and are the primary source of energy your body uses.

Micros (or micronutrients) are vitamins and minerals.

@bigjohnny11 if you're going to spam the forums, could you at least try not to necro 9-month-old dead threads?
