Started Diet Chef Yesterday

Anyone else doing diet chef? It's a UK meal replacement 1200 calories a day plan. Would love some friends to follow so we can support and encourage each other.

I've done my first day and it went great, was slightly hungry in the evening but had a coffee and was fine.

I guess this really is a lazy persons diet and I am usually much more organised and good cooking. This time however I have an 8 month baby, a business, I'm a carer for my father inlaw who has Parkinson's and have another family member in hospital. So finding the time to plan and organise myself is difficult. This plan is easy. Add milk to breakfasts, microwave or add boiled water to lunch. Microwave evening meal and add veg.
