I have some type of bug, it's making me just feel 'bleh' and not wanting to eat, at all.
I am not throwing up, and am making sure to hydrate, just in case I do start.
I'm just in search of foods that others may have suggestions for that you have successfully wanted to eat while not feeling great.
Everything in the house just makes me feel a little 'green' just looking at it right now.
Chicken soup is the worst culprit at the moment. I am let down by that lol.

I usually go for crackers and tomato soup. And ice cream makes your vomit taste nicer.

Homemade soup. I keep 1 cup containers in my freezer for days I feel sick or can't cook.

depends, i've been sick to the point where I can't eat anything...but usually just some soup is fine. i really wouldn't worry about it too much...if you can eat, eat..if you can't, don't worry about it...you're sick, it's not like it's a forever thing.
