    I'm sorry

you don't have an oven or microwave or hob is that right? Do you have a fridge or freezer?

You can make a lot of soups in a slow cooker.

Also, can I suggest buying a convection oven? You can get one for around $25 these days and they work fine. We love ours!

    Cool

I microwave my breakfast most mornings

I generally put sliced mushrooms with worcestershire sauce in for a minute covered, add about 80g egg whites and a triangle of laughing cow light for another minute (as a slice of white farmhouse bread is toasting) .. mush it with a fork then sprinkle on 5g grated mature cheddar and microwave another 20 seconds ... served on the toast with lashings of black pepper it's about 200 calories (coffee extra)

you can also microwave porridge and add honey / sliced banana - under 200 calories too

bake jacket potatoes in a microwave (adequate but no crispy skin) and top with whatever

as for crock-pots - the skinny taste link is fab .. try the chicken cacciatore it's really yummy (I double the peppers and add some thyme too)

1/4 cup regular oatmeal, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup skim milk, and your fruit of choice. Put it in a covered bowl and the next morning it's like eating ice cream for breakfast.
