Looking for Friends

Good morning all, I actually exercised over an hour yesterday and finally woke up sore. I'm the type of person who's always sore from exercising, but lately the soreness has gone away, even tho I've change my wkout routine. So now I'm pushing for a longer wkout and incorporate weights. Before I hated always being sore, now I'm wondering. ...am I not getting a good workout???
