    Kale/Collard Greens/Dandelion Greens/Bok Choy/Swiss Chard/Spinach/Other leafy greens
    Banana for the taste of banana
    Mango for the creaminess
    Berries for low cal
    Water

    I usually have

    A few leaves of Kale, half a banana, and some strawberries, blackberries, or blueberries. For lunch everyday.

    I can't make a smoothy to save my life they always turn out so gross. When I was going to weight watchers they had brought a smoothy power that you can add milk or water too and any fruit you like. Let me tell you OMG!!! these are amazing!!!!! I like the chocolate one (80 calories) with a banana (100 calories) 1 tbsp peanut butter (90 calories) 1/2 cup of milk (calories depends on the %) and 1/2 water (0 calories) it turns out every tiime and taste like peanut butter cup. They also have a french vanilla one that I add a banana too and sometimes pineapple. These are really creamy when made so you don't have to use milk if you don't want too. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

    I love smoothies! I usually have one meal-replacement smoothie every day!!!!!!!!!

    Since you don't like yogurt, I have a great recipe for you!

    -Handfull of frozen strawberries
    - handfull of raspberries
    -1/2 banana
    - kiwi
    -peach
    -blend with ice until frothy

    SO DELICIOUS

    1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 an apple (I use gala)
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder

    It tastes like the milk left over after a bowl of Apple Jacks.

    ...and if you like chai you will love this I absolutely love this one!
    3 tbsp cashews unsalted
    2 tbsp hemp seeds
    2 tbsp cacao nibs
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    2 medjool dates
    2 tsp maca powder
    1/4 chlorella powder (optional) I use the super greens by amazing grass
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp cardamom powder
    1 frozen banana
    2 cups coconut water
    1 1/2 cups ice

    Blend altogether except banana once blended then add banana and enjoy!:drinker: :drinker:
    (Note ...makes two 16 once servings) split ingredients in half for one serving
