Fine during the workweek, trouble starts the moment I leave!

Anyone else in MFP-land that has no problem staying on track at work (where things are scheduled and orderly) but find that all heck breaks loose once you leave? I find that eating wise choices from the company's cafeteria (veggie omelet each morning and a make my own salad at lunch) keeps me on track, but the snacking and fast food and dinners that blow everything out of proportion are killing any chance of losing what I want to lose. Not looking for sympathy per-se...just wondering if anyone else has the same struggle or had it and overcame it (tips please in that instance!)
