Any hints for busting through it, and staying mentally strong. I feel so frustrated I want to break something!

I would say maybe change something slightly in your rutine? If you open your diary we could see how it's going and we could say more.

I am at my historical plateau also now. But I have always done it alone. Maybe we can keep each other motivated

It's rare that people actually do get on a plateau. A plateau is 6 weeks or more of no weight movement IF they are being consistent with diet and exercise. So even one day of "cheating" or inconsistency would break that.

Likely it's a stall and it a regular occurrence when one is trying to lose weight. Adaptivity to diet and exercise happens and usually only a small change is needed. Normally I'll just have a client just increase their exercise intensity to start.
