Does any one else use a foam roller or a grid roller? I've been thinking of getting one, but not sure which is best. Any comments/suggestions?

Thanks

I had this same question a few months ago. I have knee trouble because of tight IT Bands so a Physical Therapist recommended a Foam Roller. I bought an inexpensive one from Target and KILLED it in about 6 weeks... so I bought the Trigger Point Performace on Amazon and it is AMAZING!!!!! Highly recommend it! The one I bought is orange and came with a DVD that gives you some instructions on how to use it for various issues in case you dont have a Physical Therapist for a neighbor like me! :0) My knees are soooo much better after using it too.

    Best Wishes!!

Oh super, thanks for the recommendation.

I've no specific problems, just trying to ensure that I don't get any.

    Thanks,

I got the grid roller you suggested, from trigger point....Wow. It's amazing. I was buying it just to work on my mobility, had no specific reasons for it. Day I got it, I'd got a sore shoulder from swimming. I'd upped my distance quite a bit in a short period of time.

Well got down on the roller, man it's sore, but it worked. Felt weird after, but no pain and way looser.

    Thanks - Jen
