Just wondering if anyone has tried DDP yoga? If so, how did it work for you? Did you enjoy it?
Thanks!
Thanks!

It's a good system. I ignored the diet aspect, because it's anti-dairy and against wheat "because reasons." Also, parts of the community are quite cultish, but that happens with any group.
It's an excellent combination of cardio, flexibility, strength, and balance making it perfect for someone who wants to maximize results within a short(ish) daily workout period (since workouts run from 12 minutes to just over an hour).
It's not going to give you the specific results of some other exercises, ie you're not going to get as big/strong as you would from lifting, or you're not going to get the super cardio of running a lot, but it's a well balanced program. It also combines well with other things.
There's a DDP Yoga group here on MFP. It's not very active, but it exists.0 -
My cousin had great results with this and I plan to start the Monday the kids go back to school.0
