Ignore sugars in fruit?

There is absolutely no reason why the OP cannot continue to eat fruit. The fiber that comes with the fruit traps the natural sugars so they are much harder for the body break down and absorb. Don't believe me, fine. Get a blood glucose meter, like I have, and measure the impact to your blood sugars yourself. You will see that fruits have a minimal impact meaning the are ok to eat. Anything with refined/processed sugars in not ok though.0
