Currently intaking carbs: 300g proteins: 120g fats: 50g female, active 4 strength workouts with a little Tabata every few days. On average gaining 1 pound of muscle per month, body fat around 20%. Considering increasing my fats and dropping my carbs on rest days to try and shed a little more body fat to allow for more ab definition. Anyone able to feedback on whether this is a possible solution? Eating a very clean & consistent diet! Thanks in advance

To drop fat you need drop overall cals, not just shift them back and forth between different macros.
IMO, keep the protein where it is. Drop carbs and/or fats based on preference and energy level.0 -

I'd add to this excellent advice by saying you need to have some musculature to cut to. To reveal.
You already look pretty lean, so not sure how cutting more will make your abs pop. You'll probably need some sort of bulk and cut or recomp to achieve the mass necessary to make them stand out...0
