New Chick On The Block

Hey, thank you for deciding to click and read my thread. I am a newbie to the site, but not so much to the healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately for years I ignored my health due to ungodly amount of stress from illness, jobs, education, and general life-issues.

I am 22 (23 in July) years old, and I am willing to do anything I possibly can do in order to become healthy, and to stay that way for my future family with my fiance. I have PCOS, but never ONCE thought that could stop me from achieving my goals even if it may make it harder for me to lose weight. I was never a big eater (actually suffered from eating problems throughout my teenage years), and would always exercise every day for hours on end. Now... The story has been much different these past few years, but luckily I have my eating in check once again. I want to get back in shape in a normal way. I do not want to get all messy emotional, post traumatic stress-y (which I do have PTSD) and have those negative things hold me back or make me worse off; so I am prepared (therapy and medication).

So, with all that said, please add me and even give me any advice you have to offer! Especially on anything dealing with my personal issues listed above. Thanks.
