As if Americans needed further proof that we have one bad *kitten* First Lady, check out her work-out (35lb weights!) in a recent #GimmeFive Let's Move video.

There's squats, kettle balls, jump ropes, punching bags (no, not Congressional Republicans)- it's one intense work-out.

But really, would you expect anything else?

    Thanks for posting the link for the video! I LOVE it! She does a tough workout, makes me want to step my workout game up. I think I'll add jump roping to my routine.

    This is why I love America. I bet the first lady could beat any other country president lady in a fair fist fight. She's strong as an ox. (coming from a non american guy)
