Hey im Charlie, I'm new to this whole community thing. I'm usually just logging what I eat, didn't really notice the community part haha and still kinda lost using this, hopefully I get the hang of this soon haha.
Well my goal is to be 150-165lbs tops, I'm about 137 lbs at the moment. Once I'm at 150-160 lbs I'll probably cut down to 140-145 and maybe enter a mens physique competition to try new things.
