I take fish dip in egg substitute, cover with Panko bead crumbs, sprinkle with parmasean cheese and dill. Bake in a cookie sheet and make sure you put a rack in the cookie sheet so it cooks all around. I also took a small red potato boiled it smashed it on the cookie sheet drizzled with olive oil topped with garlic, baked it until done at 400

Sounds delicious...though I'd use real egg...
I'll have to try the potato thing. I've seen it done before but never tried it. I love red potatoes.0 -
I rarely eat eggs so for me to buy a dozen eggs they go bad before they would get eaten so I buy the egg beaters so I can freeze in ice cube trays and just pop one out whenever I need it0
