Anyone tried cleansing?

I recently purchased some Isagenix products designed for cleansing. I want to lose weight and not wreck my metabolism. I have never cleansed. Thoughts?

    The only cleansing I've done is a day of certain fruits and veggies. Just reset my eating habits really.

    I have a liver and two kidneys. I'm feeling pretty cleansed! don't waste your money, it's just marketing gimmicks.

    I had White Castle last week. Closest thing to a cleanse I've ever had. :wink:

    Yeah, I'd return the product if you can, OP. Our bodies are very good at cleansing themselves. All you need for weight loss is a moderate calorie deficit and for health, balancing your macro and micronutrients.
