I'm 5ft 10, 168 lbs, 1850 calories a day. Could someone help me with my food plan? Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks etc. Would appreciate it.

    That's what nutrionists and dieticians are for.... Or you could just add in foods you like and modify quantities to make it fit

    just eat the foods you like within your 1850 goal and make sure you hit your macros and micros and eat nutrient dense foods.
