New to my fitness pal

Hi , I just had my second child 8 weeks ago and feel like if I don't start doing something quickly I'm going to end up never shifting this weight . Feeling positive about getting started and going to try to stick to it without any cheating ! Anyone out there who fancies being my friend and keeping me motivated . I really want to do this but find it hard to stick to anything :-(

    I totally understand how hard it is to stick with something. Friend me and we can motivate each other to stick with it.

    I'm new to this fitness pal. I had done the old one about 4 years ago. I need to do again so I can lose some weight and the most important part is to restrengthen my spine. I had 5 surgeries before I did had my back good 4 yrs ago. I stopped and gained weight lost muscle tones and ended up with another back surgery a little over a year ago. I went back to my trainer and here we go again so that I don't end up with my back fuzes up into my shoulders. I'm already fixed to my mid back. So maybe we can help eachother
