Hi, I am a high school teacher and a mom of an 8 year old, two 7's, and a 5 year old. I need support to stay on track. I've got a long road ahead of me. I want to loose around 40 pounds.

    Hi Susan, accountability buddies are great. I am part of a group, there are 4 of us, we weigh in every Friday, we've been together a couple of years. The other members are not part of My Fitness Pal, we call our group WW Pals (weight watchers). We are there for the long run.. Love to have you join us ... Brenda
